If you are unable to attend your appointment it can be rescheduled or cancelled via the booking site (if over 48hours notice) or by phoning 07947 156416.
​By giving more notice of this, I have the chance to refill your appointment with clients on my waiting list.

Our cancellation charges are as follows
• Cancellation/Rescheduled appointment up to 48 hours before appointment – no charge
• Cancellation/Rescheduled appointment 24 hours – 50% charge
• Cancellation/Rescheduled less than 24hours notice – 100% charge
Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
Basic Terms & Conditions
1. Vouchers valid can be redeemed during the working hours from Tuesday to Saturday.
2. Vouchers cannot be redeemed during the month of December.
3. Advanced Booking is required by calling us on 07947156416, using our online booking system, or via email at hello@peachfurbeautylounge.com
4. No limit to the number of vouchers purchased unless specified within terms and conditions of an offer.
5. We do not extend any vouchers so be sure to use them within the timeframe.
Full Voucher Terms & Conditions
1. Vouchers ordered through our booking system will be delivered automatically by electronic means to the email address you specify at the time of order.
2. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase another voucher.
3. When ordering a voucher, you should ensure to enter the recipient’s email address correctly. We cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the voucher.
4. Only salon offers and promotions specified within their terms and conditions apply when purchasing gift vouchers. Otherwise salon offers and promotions are not permitted to redeem as gift vouchers.
5. Vouchers are valid for the treatments as described on the voucher and cannot be amended, exchanged or refunded.
6. All vouchers are dated 6 months from the date of issue (no exceptions).
7. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. We are not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
9. Gift voucher bookings must be made in advance and will be subject to availability.
10. We do not extend any vouchers so be sure to use them within the timeframe.
11. Cancelling with less than 24 hours notice or moving the appointment more than once within 24 hours notice will void the voucher.
12. Please specify your voucher code when booking.
13. Please bring your voucher when attending for your treatment or you will be liable to pay fully for your treatment.
Aftercare, Consultation, and Appointment Timings
All treatment durations listed include time allocated for consultation, changing, and aftercare. These stages form an essential part of every professional treatment and are not additional to the advertised appointment time. This ensures each client receives a complete, safe, and hygienic service, while allowing sufficient time for preparation between appointments. Please note that treatment start and finish times may vary slightly depending on individual requirements, but the overall appointment duration will always reflect the service booked.
Consumer Rights
All services at Peachfur Beauty Lounge are provided in full accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which requires that treatments are delivered with reasonable care, skill, and as described at the time of booking. Treatment durations include consultation, changing, and aftercare as part of the professional service. By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms. Refunds or partial reductions are not applicable where the full service has been carried out as described.
